What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Returns Policy

In accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commision (ACCC), we will repair, replace or refund any products that do not meet the basic rights laid out in the Consumer Guarantees. More information about Consumer Guarantees can be found here.

Retail and Accessories

If, after purchase, you receive Stax Climbing accessories that are damaged or faulty, we are happy to process a refund or replacement for any retail product you purchase from us on the Stax Climbing website, provided you fulfil the following criteria.

The product in question must:

  • Have seen no use

  • Be returned with its original packaging & tags (if applicable)

  • Be accompanied with proof of purchase (in the form of a receipt or bank statement)

  • Be returned within 30 days of purchase

We may request photos of the damaged product to assess whether it is eligible to be replaced or refunded.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind, if you find the products cheaper elsewhere, if damage or faults are caused by any person or entity other than Stax Climbing, or if damage or faults are caused by misuse.
